Youssef Sobhi

Youssef Sobhi is well known in the inspection industry as an engineer, consultant, and inspector with over 30 years of experience. His knowledge of inspections and management comes from his extensive experience on projects ranging from schools, universities, and community colleges, to hospitals, and public works throughout California. He has inspected and managed some landmark projects including San Diego Courthouse, San Jose Courthouse, several major high school and community college projects, as well as other major projects including Disney California Adventure, Disney Concert Hall, Dream Works, and Metro Red Line. 

He obtained a Bachelor’s in Science in Civil Engineering and certified FE. He is also certified as a DSA Class 1 and OSHPD Class A inspector. He is a professional member and certified by the ICC as a master special inspector. He is certified in reinforced concrete, structural steel, bolting and welding, structure masonry, pre-stressed concrete, spray applied fireproofing, building inspection, plan examiner and mechanical inspection, along with certifications in DSA masonry inspections and ACI Grade I.
